Jon has been tattooing for 18 years, 10 of which have been here in Stephens City. First as an employee and eventually a partner of what was Heritage Tattoo Company. When the opportunity arose to take over the shop, Jon bought out the other half of the business and rebranded it as Exquisite. Jon is adept at most popular tattooing styles with favor towards Black and Gray, Neo Traditional and Geometric/Mandala type work.
